Applications are due by April 10, 2023.
CDC's Building Resilience Against Climate Effects (BRACE) Framework
The CDC has released The Building Resilience Against Climate Effects (BRACE) framework<https://www.cdc.gov/climateandhealth/BRACE.htm>. This five-step process allows health officials to develop strategies and programs to help communities prepare for the health effects of climate change. Combining atmospheric data and projections with epidemiologic analysis enables health officials to more effectively anticipate, prepare for, and respond to climate-sensitive health impacts.
Inside Knowledge About Gynecologic Cancer Campaign
January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month, and CDC's The Inside Knowledge Campaign<https://www.cdc.gov/cancer/gynecologic/knowledge/index.htm> raises awareness of the five main types of gynecologic cancer: cervical, ovarian, uterine, vaginal, and vulvar. The campaign encourages women to pay attention to their bodies, so they can recognize any warning signs and seek medical care.
