[RIISE] 10/12 Selecting and Designing Hybrid Effectiveness-Implementation Study Designs

This Thursday from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm PST Bryan Weiner (a RIISE 2023 Expert Faculty member) is hosting a workshop on “Selecting and Designing Hybrid Effectiveness-Implementation Study Designs.”

EVENT DESCRIPTION: Hybrid effectiveness-implementation study designs can accelerate the translation of research into practice by addressing, in the same study, questions about the effectiveness of an intervention with questions about how best to implement it. This workshop introduces hybrid study designs, offers guidance about when to use them and which type to use given the state of the science, provides hands-on experience designing a hybrid study design, and offers individual consultation and feedback. Ideal participants are clinical and behavioral scientists interested in learning more about hybrid study designs and implementation scientists planning a hybrid study.
